Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brady Wells!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dani Osvaldo!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wells changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Osvaldo looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Osvaldo can do anything to dispel that myth.
Wells staying calm.
Wells throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Wells takes a little break here. Osvaldo wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wells shoots in looking for a takedown. Osvaldo tries to sprawl out of it but Wells keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Osvaldo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Wells drops down looking for an ankle pick but Osvaldo pulls his leg out and moves away.
Osvaldo fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Wells on the side of the head.
Wells misses with a straight right.
Osvaldo throws out a counter right but Wells avoids it with no problem.
Wells really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Osvaldo is looking to clinch but Wells is avoiding it.
Wells tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Osvaldo defends well and Wells ends up having to push Osvaldo into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Wells has Osvaldo pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Wells pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Osvaldo tumbling to the mat - Wells dives into Osvaldo's guard.
