Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ramiro Delgado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Graham Masterton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Masterton has chosen Some Scary Music as his entrance music. Graham Masterton has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Delgado has taken the fight to the clinch.
Masterton looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Masterton jumps guard but Delgado turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Delgado has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Masterton uses from the top position.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Delgado accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Masterton can do anything to dispel that myth.

Masterton really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Delgado. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

and Delgado makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Graham Masterton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Delgado darts in and clinches Masterton up against the cage.

Delgado has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Masterton uses from the top position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Delgado controls Masterton momentarily but Masterton frees himself.
Masterton is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Masterton manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Delgado on his heels. He'll look to pass Delgado's guard now, I'm sure.

Delgado wants to sweep here but Masterton controlling him for the moment.

Horrible takedown attempt by Masterton or perhaps it was just good defense by Delgado, which made it look bad.

Masterton takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Delgado is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Masterton is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Let's hope that Masterton has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Delgado wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Delgado stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Delgado wants it to stay on the feet.

Delgado shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Masterton's guard.

Masterton utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Masterton tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Delgado wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Delgado seems to be working for a kimura but Masterton defends the submission attempt.

Ramiro Delgado showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Delgado has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
