Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mitch Mason!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ding Dong!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Chris Saunders and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mason lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Ding Dong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dong doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Mason connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Ding Dong has been cut.
Mason ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Dong's jaw. Dong's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Mason does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mitch Mason!
