The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Zandt takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Van Zandt shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Lawrence manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Van Zandt is in close to Lawrence's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Van Zandt postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Lawrence covers up, he's hurt! Van Zandt keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Van Zandt and the ref steps in to end the fight! Van Zandt can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
