The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
nn misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Jeez, both these guys look absolutely knackered already, that's not a good sign!
Stelling goes for a double leg but nn avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as nn continues to drive forward.
nn tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Stelling manages to circle out of the way.
nn has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Cozad The Island in the buildup to the fight.
nn leaves Stelling with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
nn looks to land a combination. Stelling sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

nn seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Stelling does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Stelling holds on and takes a little breather.
