The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
nn misses with a series of wild punches.
Carter half committed to a counter leg kick.
Sloppy strikes from nn. Those never looked like landing.
nn has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Carter shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and nn counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
nn looks winded!

nn forces Carter back against the cage and clinches.
nn looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
nn is looking to break free of the clinch but Carter has double underhooks.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Tom Carter will probably get the nod.

Despite the aggression on nn's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
