Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rupert Gardner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Agent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Agent gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Gardner counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Gardner.

Gardner throws a big elbow that misses.

Gardner drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Agent manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gardner has Agent in his guard.

Agent pushes off an throws an elbow but Gardner leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Gardner jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Agent walks away with a smile on his face. Gardner gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
