Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Satriyo Wibowo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kemo Nozume (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nozume is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Pagan's Mind - Enigmatic Calling. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Satriyo Wibowo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kemo Nozume!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Ren Mimura and Kenichi Hosakawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wibowo pushes Nozume up against the ropes in a clinch.
Wibowo swings wildly with an uppercut but Nozume uses good head movement to avoid it.
Wibowo misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Wibowo can't find room to land a body shot as Nozume controls the action.
Nozume stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Wibowo misses with a hook to the ribs.

Nozume has picked Wibowo up - he's going for a ride! Nozume dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Wibowo is looking to escape.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Nozume has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Wibowo is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Nozume working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

BOOM! Nozume connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Nozume takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Nozume's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
It looks like Nozume might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Wibowo is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Nozume cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Nozume postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Wibowo looks a forlorn figure.

Wibowo is in a horrible position here. Nozume smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.


Wibowo is rocked!
Nozume takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Nozume is landing with some decent strikes but Wibowo is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Wibowo is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.

Wibowo is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Ultimate MMA Training Center that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Wibowo enables Nozume to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Wibowo manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Nozume has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Kemo Nozume has got the better of the ground game so far.

Wibowo jabs Nozume to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Nozume.
Nozume working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Nozume is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Wibowo's shoulder. That is not cool.
Wibowo pushes Nozume away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Nozume gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Nozume is working Wibowo over with some ground and pound from side control.

Nozume with more of the same as he continues to hold on.
Let's hope that Nozume has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Nozume works to advance to full mount. Wibowo defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
