Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Edern Ap Nudd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buddy Brandon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ap Nudd might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Lift me up. Brandon is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by All Summer Long. Buddy Brandon acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Edern Ap Nudd!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Buddy Brandon!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ap Nudd fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Brandon takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Brandon clinches up with Ap Nudd and pushes him back against the cage.
Brandon tries for a takedown but Ap Nudd manages to get underhooks.

Ap Nudd manages to break the clinch.
Ap Nudd rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Brandon counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Brandon.

Brandon manages to break the clinch.
Brandon staying out of range there.
Brandon fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Brandon throws a sloppy head kick and Ap Nudd moves out of range easily.
Brandon looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ap Nudd is fending him off so far but Brandon persists. Nope, Ap Nudd circles away and we're back to standing.

Edern Ap Nudd has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Buddy Brandon.
Ap Nudd tries a head kick but it misses.

Brandon fails with a takedown attempt.
Ap Nudd went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Brandon stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Brandon throws a leg kick that is checked
and Ap Nudd connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Brandon throws a body punch but Ap Nudd moves out of range.
Brandon shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Ap Nudd counters with a nice right hand that sends Brandon toppling to the canvas! Brandon scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Ap Nudd finish him?!

Brandon is rocked!
Brandon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Brandon is still on wobbly legs! Can Ap Nudd finish him?
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Brandon staying out of range there.
Brandon seems to have recovered his senses.
Brandon will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Ap Nudd is looking to counter with head kicks.

Ap Nudd on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Ap Nudd stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ap Nudd wants it to stay on the feet.
Brandon tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Ap Nudd makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Brandon misses with a takedown attempt
and Ap Nudd counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That kick from Ap Nudd tenderised Brandon's leg. Brandon is trying to keep his angry face on.
Brandon fails with the takedown
and Ap Nudd counters with a good low kick that Brandon was not able to check.
Ap Nudd defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Brandon.
Brandon just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromAp Nudd.
Ap Nudd keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Ap Nudd scores with a spinning back kick!
Brandon looks winded!
Brandon wants to clinch
and as Brandon loses concentration momentarily, Ap Nudd counters with a picture perfect head kick! Brandon goes down, out cold! The referee rushed in to check on his condition - I'm sure he'll be ok but that was a massive knockout!
