Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Muhammed Muhammed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Bloodstone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muhammed shoots in and drives through. Bloodstone sprawls well.

Bloodstone would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Bloodstone should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Muhammed has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bloodstone can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Bloodstone decides to stand back up. Bloodstone steps back and let's Muhammed get back to his feet.

Bloodstone feints and as Muhammed raises his hands in defense, Bloodstone changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Muhammed will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Muhammed working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bloodstone doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bloodstone manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Muhammed holds on and takes a little breather.
Bloodstone really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Muhammed. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Bloodstone postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Muhammed bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bloodstone's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bloodstone is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
