Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Simon Browne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pierre Gautier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Browne might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bloodsport for all !!. Pierre Gautier told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paul Aken and Patrick Alders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gautier uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Browne.
Browne lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gautier circles away quickly and effectively.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Browne shoots for a double leg takedown but Gautier sprawls well. He's pushed Browne's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
It looks like Browne has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
The fighters circle, before Gautier throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Browne's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Gautier lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

A very excited looking Pierre Gautier made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
In defeat, Simon Browne stepped up to the mic, saying 'Well, fuck me ...'.
