Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ruskainen Pakkanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jyunichi sato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jyunichi sato told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pakkanen misses with a wild combination.
sato looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
sato walks into a left hand.

It looks like Jyunichi sato has been cut.
Pakkanen throws a combination but it was largely blocked by sato.
sato shoots in for a double leg but Pakkanen sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Pakkanen has closed the distance and engaged sato in a clinch.
Pakkanen throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Pakkanen breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nice combo by Pakkanen! Oh, that's hurt him - sato falls to the canvas and Pakkanen follows him into side control.

Pakkanen lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. sato is looking to close the distance but Pakkanen sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! sato crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope sato is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
