Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Armando Esposito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and nn nn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Esposito kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is "Eat, Sleep, Rave, Repeat" by Fatboy Slim & Riva Starr. nn nn is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
nn tries to clinch up.
nn will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Horrible takedown attempt by Esposito or perhaps it was just good defense by nn, which made it look bad.

Esposito closes the distance and pushes nn back into the cage.
Esposito misses with a punch to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

nn's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Esposito closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

nn escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

That's one minute gone in the round.
nn scores with a kick to the midsection.
nn has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Esposito is breathing heavily.
Esposito keeps the fight on the outside.
nn nn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
nn throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Esposito has been working on his balance at Cozad The Island, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by nn.
Esposito throws a right and a left that nn avoids nicely.
nn lands with a kick to the ribs.
Esposito tries a head kick but it misses.

nn gets the takedown into side control.
Esposito wants to get back to his feet but nn is dominant here and he's now got Esposito's back!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Esposito won't enjoy being in this position. nn looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Esposito is tapping - it's over boys! nn picks up the submission victory!
