These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy left from Yuudai finds it's target.
Yuudai checks a leg kick nicely.
Fa Arodo looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Fa Arodo throws a sloppy head kick and Yuudai moves out of range easily.
Yuudai swings for the body but Fa Arodo moves out of range.
Fa Arodo lands with a nice body punch.

Fa Arodo throws a hook to the side of Yuudai's head but Yuudai sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Yuudai is looking to counter with head kicks.
Fa Arodo throws a big shot that misses.

It looks like Alex Fa Arodo has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fa Arodo throws a looping overhand right but Yuudai ducks down to avoid it.
Yuudai uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Fa Arodo has time to react.

Fa Arodo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
It looked like Yuudai was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Fa Arodo.

We've been told by Yuudai's head coaches at Masaru Fighting Systems II that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Yuudai cracks Fa Arodo with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Fa Arodo doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Yuudai throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Fa Arodo crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
