The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bambrough is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Bambrough rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Balmuda moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Balmuda shoots in for a takedown but Bambrough shows good takedown defense.
Bambrough fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Balmuda shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bambrough as he jumps to the side.
Balmuda shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bambrough as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zeuss Balmuda. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Balmuda tries to clinch up.
Bambrough cracks Balmuda with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Balmuda tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Bambrough pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Balmuda is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
