The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kasady circles away quickly and effectively.
Kasady feinted there with a counter leg kick.
A low kick from Harris is predictable there
and Kasady cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Kasady checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Kasady misses with a straight right.
Kasady avoids a punch combination nicely.
Harris tries a head kick but it misses.
Kasady blocks a jab.
Kasady has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Harris.

Baby Boy Harris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We've been hearing reports that Kasady has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Kasady jumps guard but Harris stands there with Kasady around his waist. Kasady gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
