Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ben Roofer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wooden Pencil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roofer comes to the cage accompanied by Jonesmann Feat. Azad - Der Soldat James Rhyme. Pencil has chosen Full Retard as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Ryoma Takatsuka and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pencil chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Roofer checks a leg kick.
Pencil staying out of range there.
Roofer steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Pencil.
Roofer stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Pencil.
Pencil tries to score with a low kick but Roofer moves his leg out of the way.
A quick step to the side and Roofer tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Pencil throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Pencil looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Roofer throws a leg kick that misses.
Roofer misses with a head kick.
Pencil takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Roofer swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pencil misses with a low kick as Roofer jumps back.
Roofer throws a leg kick but Pencil checks it.
Pencil moves out of range of the body kick from Roofer.
Pencil looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
This has been an exciting period of action!
An inside leg kick from Pencil misses.
We've been told by Roofer's head coaches at Spetznaz Training Center that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pencil misses with an attempted mid kick.
Pencil thuds his right hand into Roofer's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Roofer swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pencil throws a counter combo.
Roofer takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
It looks like Ben Roofer has been cut.
Roofer uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Pencil.
Jab from Pencil.
Pencil throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Roofer stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Pencil misses with a left hand
and Roofer counters with a body kick that stops Pencil in his tracks momentarily.
Nice uppercut there from Roofer.
Roofer throws a wild body kick that Pencil sees coming a mile off.
Roofer lands a big uppercut and Pencil crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Pencil looks OK. Roofer waves Pencil back to his feet!
Pencil is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Roofer drops Pencil with a huge uppercut! Pencil drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Roofer is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ben Roofer!
After winning the bout, Ben Roofer thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
