Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vaso Sokratis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrey Koreshkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Koreshkov has chosen Beyoncé - 7/11 as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Vaso Sokratis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andrey Koreshkov!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Ryoma Takatsuka and Chris Saunders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sokratis clinches up against the cage.
Sokratis lands a hook to the side of the head.

Koreshkov turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Koreshkov manages to end up in side control.

Koreshkov goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Sokratis rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Koreshkov's guard! Nice work there by Sokratis!

Koreshkov working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sokratis doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sokratis manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Koreshkov is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Koreshkov throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Sokratis escapes and throws Koreshkov's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Koreshkov gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Sokratis knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Koreshkov on the ground.

Sokratis trying to mount his opponent but Koreshkov defends it.
Sokratis perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Koreshkov has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Sokratis. Oh but Koreshkov has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Sokratis goes limp - he's gone! Koreshkov jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
