The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferreira bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
War is looking for a sweep.
Ferreira is looking to take a break and control but War is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
War is looking to regain half guard here but Ferreira keeps moving and retains side control.
Ferreira is working to tighten his grip on War's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. War has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Ferreira is really squeezing tight and eventually War passes out! Ferreira breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
