Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Royce Cochran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dean Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brown closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Brown has picked Cochran up - he's going for a ride! Brown dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

Brown manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Cochran on his heels. He'll look to pass Cochran's guard now, I'm sure.

Cochran has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Brown off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

And Brown tries to counter it with a takedown but Cochran pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Royce Cochran has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Dean Brown is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Cochran gets caught flat footed, as Brown shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Cochran has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Brown has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

That round was too close to call.
