Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between First Fist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Floyd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fist swings for the body but Floyd moves out of range.
Fist clinches.
Floyd fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Fist lands with a right to the head.

It looks like Charles Floyd has been cut.

Floyd jumps guard but Fist turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

First Fist has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Charles Floyd.

Floyd tries to pull guard but Fist holds him up against the cage and eventually Floyd drops back down to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Floyd goes for a takedown attempt but Fist pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
First Fist seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Floyd dives in for a single leg takedown but Fist sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Fist closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Fist gets through Floyd's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Fist makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Floyd goes for a takedown attempt but Fist pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Fist misses with a wild body shot.
Floyd takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Fist throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
And Floyd tries to counter it with a takedown but Fist pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Fist gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Floyd jumps guard but Fist turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
A head punch on the inside from Floyd fails to land.
Fist lands with a light punch inside.
A right hand to the body from Fist.
Floyd tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Fist just stands there and leans against the cage.
Fist digs a right hand into Floyd's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Floyd's gas tank.
Floyd looks winded!

I was talking to Fist's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
