Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Max Hyde!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Lolo Kranks!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Aleksandr Martynov and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hyde tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kranks tries to counter by closing the distance.
A clash of legs there as Hyde blocks the low kick.

Kranks closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Kranks breaks from the clinch.
Kranks slaps away a takedown attempt from Hyde, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Hyde backing away here, and Kranks unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Nice takedown defense from Hyde. No joy for Kranks on that attempt.
Hyde appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kranks will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
An attempted straight right counter from Hyde misses the target.
Hyde darts in looking for a takedown but Kranks gets double underhooks and turns Hyde into the cage.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kranks can do anything to dispel that myth.
Hyde wants to control from the top but Kranks keeps moving.

Kranks is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Hyde manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Kranks keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Hyde goes for a takedown attempt but Kranks pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Kranks throws a series of punches but Hyde moves out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hyde is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Hyde has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Kranks after a bit of a struggle.

Hyde really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Kranks tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Hyde jumps guard but Kranks stands there with Hyde around his waist. Hyde gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Kranks moves into range and clinches up with Hyde.

Kranks's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kranks misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kranks misses with a series of wild punches.
An attempted straight right counter from Hyde misses the target.
Kranks keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lolo Kranks dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Hyde displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kranks.

Kranks tries to advance to mount but Hyde denies him.
Hyde tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kranks wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Kranks is looking to take a break and control but Hyde is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Kranks has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Hyde is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Kranks remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Kranks swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Hyde fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Kranks with the counter takedown but Hyde avoids it easily.

Kranks gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Hyde has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Kranks avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Hyde is working for takedown but Kranks is calmly controlling the position for now.

Kranks has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Hyde regains guard immediately.

Kranks stands up over Hyde, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Kranks swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hyde attempts a counter takedown but Kranks avoids it well and moves away.
Hyde shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Kranks throws a leg kick which misses Hyde's front leg but catches the back leg as Hyde tries to avoid it.

Kranks has taken the fight to the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lolo Kranks showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Hyde shoots in for a double leg but Kranks sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Kranks working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Hyde's head.
Kranks tries to free his leg and advance position but Hyde is retaining full guard.
Kranks works over Hyde with some ground and pound from guard.


Hyde is rocked!

Kranks gets to his feet. Hyde looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Oh Hyde is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Kranks darts in and clinches Hyde up against the cage.
Hyde is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Kranks is defending well.
Kranks softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.

Kranks pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Kranks walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Hyde drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Kranks swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Hyde's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lolo Kranks!
Lolo Kranks took to the mic in his post fight interview and said 'no offense but no one stands a chance, and with out all my fans, I wouldn't stand a chance.'.
