Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jurgen Murgen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Conor McCracken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McCracken has chosen Rebels Song - Come out and Fight as his entrance music. Conor McCracken has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Jurgen Murgen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Conor McCracken!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McCracken closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Murgen did well to prevent McCracken getting side control.
McCracken not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Murgen tries to kick McCracken off but McCracken keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
McCracken is trying to control. Murgen wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Murgen won't allow McCracken to pass to mount.
McCracken frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
McCracken fails to advance to Murgen's back.
McCracken content just to control the position here.

McCracken sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McCracken trying to control but he's not successful this time.

McCracken goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Murgen is on top in guard.

McCracken has his foot on Murgen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Murgen works his way back into a safe position though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McCracken tries to land a sweep but no joy.

McCracken is looking for a triangle but Murgen pushes his legs off easily.
Murgen is looking to stand up but McCracken won't let him.
McCracken bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Murgen's guard.

McCracken won't allow Murgen to get back to his feet.
Murgen seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
McCracken throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Murgen works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
McCracken's corner is telling him to maintain position.
McCracken stops Murgen from standing up.
McCracken wants to control from the top but Murgen keeps moving.

Murgen wants to stand but McCracken is controlling the position.
McCracken stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Murgen swivels though and keeps the full guard.
McCracken landing with the ground and pound.
McCracken trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
McCracken looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Murgen wants to stand but McCracken is controlling the position.

McCracken advances position into side control!
Murgen wants to get back to his feet.

McCracken is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Murgen is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
McCracken wants to control but Murgen is keeping him busy.

McCracken tries for a kimura but Murgen is defending well.
McCracken trying to control the position but Murgen is working away.

Murgen tries to escape but McCracken is in control.
McCracken remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
McCracken is looking to take a break and control but Murgen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

McCracken is working to tighten his grip on Murgen's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Murgen has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but McCracken is really squeezing tight and eventually Murgen passes out! McCracken breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
