Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pappy Essay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simone Chang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Essay is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Chang pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Chang ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Chang no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Essay shoots in looking for a takedown. Chang tries to sprawl out of it but Essay keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Chang manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Essay tries to close the distance and clinch up but Chang swats him away and circles back towards the center.
