The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hofman throws a head kick but Stepniewski moves out of range.

Stepniewski fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hofman sprawls well initially but Stepniewski persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Hofman makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Stepniewski bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Stepniewski is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Hofman is trying to escape and Stepniewski transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Hofman is forced to tap! Nice work there by Stepniewski ! Very nice indeed!
