Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lexi Belle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tamiwe Kamanula (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kamanula comes into a darkened arena with his song building. LL Cool J - Mama Said Knock You Out kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Tamiwe Kamanula is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kamanula throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kamanula has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Belle is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Belle turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Kamanula is working to avoid the ground and pound but Belle connects with a decent elbow.
Belle has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Belle tries for a kimura but Kamanula is defending well.

Kamanula really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Belle. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Belle working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Belle will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Kamanula is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Belle is controlling him.

Belle is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kamanula doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Belle.

Belle winds up and cracks Kamanula with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Belle. Kamanula shrugs it off though.

Kamanula tries a head kick but it misses.
Belle wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Belle here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Belle steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Kamanula. That one must have hurt.
Belle shoots in looking for a takedown. Kamanula tries to sprawl out of it but Belle keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kamanula manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Kamanula pulls out of a head kick attempt.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Belle crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kamanula - the referee stops the clock and Belle gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kamanula. Belle manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Belle drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Belle jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Belle attempts a counter takedown but Kamanula avoids it well and moves away.

Kamanula feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Belle's calf.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Belle is defended easily by Kamanula.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lexi Belle. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nice takedown defense from Kamanula. No joy for Belle on that attempt.
Horrible takedown attempt by Belle or perhaps it was just good defense by Kamanula, which made it look bad.

Belle closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Belle lands in his opponent's guard.
Belle won't allow Kamanula to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Belle has gone for a leg lock! Kamanula slips out almost immediately though and dives into Belle's guard.
Belle is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

A cross from Kamanula lands.
Belle shoots for a takedown but Kamanula saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
No joy there for Kamanula, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Belle looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kamanula is fending him off so far but Belle persists. Nope, Kamanula circles away and we're back to standing.
Kamanula throws the kick towards the body but Belle avoids it.
Belle darts in looking for a takedown but Kamanula gets double underhooks and turns Belle into the cage.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Belle changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kamanula tries to avoid it but Belle manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kamanula to the ground. Kamanula escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Belle walks forward, straight into a front kick from Kamanula.
Kamanula circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Belle drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Kamanula follows Belle to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
