The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson tries to bum rush Hammer with a series of wild strikes but Hammer uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Hammer gets a double leg takedown into Jackson's guard.
Hammer passes Jackson's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Hammer winds up and cracks Jackson with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Hammer is trying to work for a kimura but Jackson is defending well.
Hammer looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Hammer passes to full mount!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
BOOM! Hammer connects with a massive shot to the dome!
