The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shaughnessy fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
That kick from Stark tenderised Shaughnessy's leg. Shaughnessy is trying to keep his angry face on.
Stark misses with a two punch combination.
Stark keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Stark jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Stark defending well as Shaughnessy loads up on a big left hand.
Shaughnessy throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Stark on the side of the head.
Nice straight punches there by Shaughnessy. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Shaughnessy.
Stark bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Shaughnessy's head.
Stark looks to land a right hand but Shaughnessy moved out of range.

Stark cracks Shaughnessy with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Stark has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Shaughnessy to stand back up!

Shaughnessy is rocked!
We've been told by Stark's head coaches at The Fortress that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Shaughnessy misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Stark.
Shaughnessy is still on wobbly legs! Can Stark finish him?
Shaughnessy lands a jab to Stark's midsection.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Stark knocks Shaughnessy out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
