The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Andersson shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wallander is looking for a sweep. Andersson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Wallander is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Andersson pulls his head out easily.
Wallander felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Well, if Andersson is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Andersson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Wallander defends it well.
Wallander tries to roll over but Andersson keeps him under control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wallander gets back to full guard.

Andersson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Andersson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Wallander is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Andersson is aware though and is defending well.

Wallander working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Andersson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Andersson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Wallander had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Andersson defends it easily.

Andersson seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Wallander is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
