The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hauge is trying to control Kastner's posture but Kastner avoids it.
Kastner throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Kastner lands a leg kick that knocks Hauge off balance momentarily.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kastner is defended easily by Hauge.
Hauge shoots for a double leg takedown but Kastner sprawls well. He's pushed Hauge's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
