Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Uebishe Lesnoe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aigars Senko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lesnoe comes to the cage accompanied by It's On!. The crowd seem to be enjoying Senko's choice of entrance music: will.i.am T.H.E. (The Hardest Ever) . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Uebishe Lesnoe!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aigars Senko!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and Steve Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnoe wants to slow Senko down by chopping away at his legs.
Senko let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Lesnoe dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
A shot to the liver by Lesnoe. Beautiful body shot.
A nice leg kick lands there from Lesnoe.
Lesnoe takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
A clash of legs there as Lesnoe blocks the low kick.
Senko wants to land a leg kick but Lesnoe is out of range.
Lesnoe misses with a low kick as Senko jumps back.
Senko looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Lesnoe throws a sloppy head kick and Senko moves out of range easily.
Uebishe Lesnoe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Senko misses with a wild body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Senko swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lesnoe throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Lesnoe tries to bum rush Senko with a series of wild strikes but Senko uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lesnoe connects with a body shot that sends Senko's belly button to the back.

Senko looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Senko throws a wild body kick that Lesnoe sees coming a mile off.
Lesnoe feinted there with a counter leg kick.
A jab from Lesnoe does it's job there.
Senko jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Lesnoe misses with a body kick.
Senko is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
A head kick misses from Lesnoe.

Senko darts in and clinches Lesnoe up against the cage.
Senko wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Senko is trying to break the clinch but Lesnoe has him pressed against the cage.
Lesnoe lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Senko backwards.
Lesnoe throws a head punch that misses.
Lesnoe lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Senko.
Lesnoe misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Senko utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
Senko blocks an uppercut.

Senko takes a shot to the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Senko lands with a left to the head.
Senko lands with a right to the head.
Senko tries a body shot but Lesnoe blocks it.
Lesnoe scores with a hook to the body.
Lesnoe pushes Senko back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Senko escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Senko misses with a jab to the body
and Lesnoe counters with a stiff right hand.
Senko looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Senko tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lesnoe was well out of range. Poor timing from Senko.
A counter left hand to the body from Lesnoe misses its target.
Senko moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.


Senko is rocked!
Lesnoe misses with a head kick.
Lesnoe throws an overhand right that lands on Senko's shoulder, as Senko tries to avoid the shot.
Lesnoe keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Senko is still on wobbly legs! Can Lesnoe finish him?
Senko misses with a lunging right hand
and Lesnoe counters with a good low kick that Senko was not able to check.
Senko misses with a body shot.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Senko uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Lesnoe.
A head kick misses from Senko.
Senko throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Senko seems to have recovered his senses.
Senko checks the leg kick.
Lesnoe throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lesnoe throws out a loose jab but Senko uses good head movement to avoid it.
Senko only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Lesnoe explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Lesnoe throws a sloppy head kick and Senko moves out of range easily.
Senko tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Lesnoe lands a nice looking body shot.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Lesnoe.

Senko tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lesnoe was well out of range. Poor timing from Senko.
Lesnoe jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Lesnoe uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lesnoe connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Lesnoe cracks Senko with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Lesnoe throws a push kick but Senko slaps the foot to one side.
It looks like Lesnoe has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Senko checks the leg kick nicely there.
Senko is looking to clinch.
Lesnoe stuns Senko with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Lesnoe misses with a leg kick.
Decent striking displayed by Senko there.
Lesnoe lands a front kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Uebishe Lesnoe dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Senko moves out of range as Lesnoe strikes.

Senko avoids the head kick by Lesnoe.
Lesnoe does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Senko changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Senko lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Senko looks for the body kick but Lesnoe saw that one coming.

Senko takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Lesnoe drops his hands momentarily and Senko takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Senko avoids the body shot from Lesnoe.
Lesnoe is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Senko can do to turn this around?

Senko throws a fast counter high kick but Lesnoe manages to duck under it in time.

Senko walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Aigars Senko is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Lesnoe keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Lesnoe moves out of range as Senko throws a body kick.

and Senko counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Senko tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Senko with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Lesnoe to score with a decent uppercut.
Senko gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Senko tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Lesnoe is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Senko buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Senko!! Senko is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Lesnoe throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Uebishe Lesnoe!
Uebishe Lesnoe retains his bantamweight title!
