The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Leary blocks a head kick by Filipovic.
Filipovic throws a head kick but O Leary moves out of range.
Filipovic tries a head kick but it misses.

O Leary avoids the head kick by Filipovic.

O Leary closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
O Leary is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
O Leary throwing shots but Filipovic is blocking nicely.
O Leary has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Filipovic is trying to defend against the ground and pound but O Leary scores with a couple of nice shots.
O Leary content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

O Leary seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
O Leary moves into full mount! Filipovic won't be happy about that!
Filipovic takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
BOOM! O Leary connects with a massive shot to the dome!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Filipovic can do anything to dispel that myth.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, O Leary cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Filipovic really doesn't want to stay on the ground with O Leary. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Filipovic takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
O Leary controlling the pace for now.
O Leary can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Filipovic is looking to escape.
O Leary cracks Filipovic with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
O Leary drops a big elbow. That's hurt Filipovic! More shots from O Leary and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
