Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brenden Abbott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Myles O Donnell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying O Donnell's choice of entrance music: Anti by Mayhem. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abbott ducks under a wild hook from O Donnell.

The fighters circle momentarily. O Donnell darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
O Donnell has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Abbott decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Abbott looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.

Abbott shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has O Donnell pinned against the cage. O Donnell gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Abbott throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around O Donnell's waist but O Donnell gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Abbott off to one side.
O Donnell looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Abbott shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Abbott closes this distance looking for a takedown but O Donnell circles away.
O Donnell uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Abbott has time to react.

Abbott throws a hook to the side of O Donnell's head but O Donnell sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
O Donnell connects with a crisp jab.


Abbott is rocked!
O Donnell lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Abbott falls backwards - clearly groggy! O Donnell dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
