With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johny Clattenburg!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hone Huia!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Aafke Stam.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huia takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Huia lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

It looks like Johny Clattenburg has been cut.
Huia takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Clattenburg will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Huia has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Huia throws a lazy uppercut
and Clattenburg counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Huia lands a left and a right that send Clattenburg crashing to the mat, dazed. Huia thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Clattenburg is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nice uppercut lands for Clattenburg. That snapped Huia's head back.
Oh Clattenburg is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Huia throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Clattenburg tests Huia's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Clattenburg seems to have got his legs back now.

and Huia counters with a crisp one two that drops Clattenburg! Huia thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Clattenburg to his feet! Clattenburg is in big trouble!

Clattenburg rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Huia moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Clattenburg lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Huia can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Clattenburg and Huia drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Clattenburg.
