The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wakeke avoids a punch combination nicely.
Bottai is trying hard to land a takedown here. Wakeke sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Bottai clinches.
Wakeke throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Bottai tries to break free but Wakeke pushes him back against the cage.

Bottai breaks from the clinch.
Bottai misses with a takedown attempt - Wakeke sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Wakeke is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Bottai.
Bottai lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Wakeke circles away quickly and effectively.
Bottai scores with a jab to the body.
A left lands for Bottai.
Wakeke throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Bottai counters with a nice uppercut.
Wakeke circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Bottai drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Wakeke follows Bottai to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
