The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garavito throws out a loose jab but Nanahara uses good head movement to avoid it.
Nanahara throws a counter combo.
Garavito scores with a decent looking hook.
Nanahara keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Nanahara lands a jab-cross combination.
Garavito slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Nanahara moves out of range as Garavito strikes.
Nanahara's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Nanahara duly obliges.
It looks like Luis Garavito has been cut.
Garavito lands a big head kick that sends Nanahara tumbling to the mat! Garavito takes a step backwards and waves Nanahara back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Nanahara is rocked!
It looks like Shuya Nanahara has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nanahara throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Garavito counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Nanahara off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Garavito follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Nanahara was out before he hit the floor.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Luis Garavito!
Luis Garavito tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
