The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stinkletits looks to land a right hand but Simpson moved out of range.
Stinkletits turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Stinkletits shoots in but Simpson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Simpson scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Stinkletits goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
It looks like Bart Simpson has been cut.
Stinkletits shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Simpson as he avoids it easily.
Simpson drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Stinkletits defends it well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stinkletits looks to clinch
and Simpson counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Stinkletits!
Simpson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Stinkletits, who protects the arm well.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Stinkletits wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Simpson has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Stinkletits's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Stinkletits is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Simpson!
