The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yi tries to score with a low kick but Sparrow moves his leg out of the way.
Yi lands a leg kick that knocks Sparrow off balance momentarily.
Yi fakes the leg kick and cracks Sparrow in the body.
Sparrow shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Sparrow stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Yi.
Yi throws a quick inside leg kick.
Yi scores with a kick to the body.
Yi has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Yi misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sparrow on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Yi throws a nice inside leg kick.
Yi lands a nice looking kick to the body. Sparrow takes a step back to recover.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Yi lands a brutal head kick. Sparrow looks out on his feet and Yi throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

Seok Yi decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
