Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vlad The Impaler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Whitehope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Impaler comes to the cage accompanied by Blues Saraceno - Dogs of War. The Impaler has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Impaler drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
The Impaler finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Whitehope goes for a double leg but The Impaler avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as The Impaler continues to drive forward.
The Impaler misses with a low kick.
Whitehope throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Whitehope steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Whitehope throws a combination but it was largely blocked by The Impaler.

Mark Whitehope was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
