Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Celvin Saddleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mablung Sindar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Celvin Saddleman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mablung Sindar!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Edson Gomes and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saddleman throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Saddleman slow jab from Sindar misses its intended target.
Saddleman misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sindar.
Sindar avoids the head kick by Saddleman.

Sindar lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!


It looks like Celvin Saddleman has been cut.
Saddleman moves in looking to clinch but Sindar pushes him off.
Saddleman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sindar but Sindar pushes him off and we're back to square one.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Sindar stalks Saddleman and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Saddleman's face. Saddleman staggers backwards, shaken.

Saddleman is fighting off a takedown attempt but Sindar is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Saddleman to the mat. Saddleman regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Sindar tries to free his leg and advance position but Saddleman is retaining full guard.

Saddleman tries to get to full guard but Sindar has control of the leg.
Sindar passes to side control.
Saddleman is not content to let Sindar control the position.
Saddleman wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Saddleman takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Saddleman tries to lock up and control but Sindar gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Saddleman on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Saddleman tries to get out of the position.

Saddleman knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sindar on the ground.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Sindar avoids the attempt from Saddleman to control.
Sindar wants to control the pace but Saddleman is squirming around nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mablung Sindar dominated that round.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

The fight stays on the outside here - Saddleman looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Saddleman drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Saddleman wants to control but Sindar is keeping him busy.
Sindar manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Sindar throws a left and a right that both miss

and Saddleman counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Sindar's guard now.
Saddleman is in close to Sindar's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Sindar is looking to stand up but Saddleman isn't so interested in that idea.

Saddleman has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Saddleman is posturing up here but Sindar has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Saddleman tries to roll out but it's too tight and Saddleman has to tap! Slick submission there by Sindar!
