The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sutherland pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Cristiano is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sutherland.

Cristiano shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sutherland sprawls well. Sutherland wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Cristiano gets slowly back to his feet.
Despite the aggression on Sutherland's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Cristiano shoots in looking for a takedown but Sutherland manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Cristiano's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Cristiano looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

As Cristiano backs off Sutherland throws a huge counter combo but Cristiano manages to avoid it all.
Cristiano looks to land a left hand but Sutherland moved out of range nicely.
Sutherland unleashes a big counter combination but Cristiano bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

and Sutherland counters with a crisp one two that drops Cristiano! Sutherland thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Cristiano to his feet! Cristiano is in big trouble!
