The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van De Velde closes the distance and clinches.

Knight throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Van De Velde rushes Knight and presses him up against the ropes.
Van De Velde breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Knight lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Knight.
It looks like Robert Van De Velde has been cut.
Knight really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Knight throws a lazy right hand but Van De Velde sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Van De Velde fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Knight, pushing him back against the ropes.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Oh Knight is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Van De Velde lands a nice uppercut.
Van De Velde creates a bit of space for himself and unleashed what can only be described as a tiger uppercut, straight out of Street Fighter! Knight crashes to the mat! Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5,6... it doesn't look like he's going to make it! Knight face plants back to the mat and the referee calls off the fight! Van De Velde takes it with a brutal technical knockout!
