Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ding Dong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Shaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shaw closes the distance and pushes Dong back into the cage.

Shaw is fighting off a takedown attempt but Dong is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Shaw to the mat. Shaw regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Shaw has his feet on Dong's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Dong defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Shaw.
Shaw shoots in looking for a takedown. Dong tries to sprawl out of it but Shaw keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dong manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Shaw shoots in for a double leg but Dong sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Ding Dong has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Shaw.

and Dong counters with a single leg into guard. Shaw didn't expect that.

Dong slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Shaw stops Dong from passing to mount.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Dong is trying to get an arm triangle but Shaw is defending well.

Dong working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Dong has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Shaw is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Dong yanks on the arm and Shaw is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Dong.
