Grant comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Thunderstruck - AC/DC kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Antonio Vegata has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Manus Grant dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Grant breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Vegata turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Grant. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Antonio Vegata is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Vegata walks forward, straight into a front kick from Grant.
Vegata tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Grant manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Grant, as that shot connected.
A looping hook to the body misses from Grant. Vegata does a little dance to reset his feet.
Vegata tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Grant manages to circle out of the way.
Grant connects with a good right hand that stumbles Vegata. Vegata circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Donk. Grant catches Vegata right on the button with a cross.
Vegata takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.


Vegata is rocked!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Oh Vegata is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Grant throws a head punch that misses.

A head punch on the inside from Grant fails to land.
Grant has Vegata pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Vegata is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Grant - that's hurt Vegata badly! Oh, another knee lands and Vegata is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Vegata doesn't seem to be complaining.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:11 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Manus Grant!
An out of breath Manus Grant thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
