The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, William Gold and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carlton scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Schultz doesn't seem bothered though.
Schultz moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Carlton jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Schultz let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Carlton throws a hook but Schultz avoids it easily.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Schultz! But no joy.
Carlton throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Schultz's head.
Schultz jabs Carlton to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Carlton rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Schultz moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Carlton looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Carlton throws a body kick that misses.
Carlton misses with an uppercut. Schultz saw that one coming.
Dr Schultz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Carlton connects with a single shot there.
Schultz lands a glancing blow to the side of Carlton's head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Schultz throws an off balance right hand
and Carlton cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Schultz moves out of range of the strikes.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Schultz lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Carlton has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Carlton and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

and Carlton counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Schultz misses with a kick to the body.
Carlton jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Schultz throws a jab but it's blocked by Carlton.
Carlton lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Schultz at a distance.
Schultz tries to work over Carlton's front leg with a kick but Carlton checks it.
Schultz throws a push kick but Carlton slaps the foot to one side.
Schultz moves out of range as Carlton throws a body kick.
Carlton misses with a straight right.
Carlton does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Carlton scores with a three punch combo!
Carlton cracks Schultz with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Schultz falls to his knees and Carlton doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
