The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leg kick by Kamanula there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Gotti keeps Kamanula at a distance using the push kick.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Gotti crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kamanula - the referee stops the clock and Gotti gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kamanula. Gotti manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Kamanula takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Gotti walks forward, straight into a front kick from Kamanula.

Gotti takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Kamanula stays in close to Gotti's body and controls the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kamanula has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at King's Palace. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
