Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Trotter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craw Money (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jimmy Trotter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Craw Money!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trotter ducks right into an uppercut from Money.
Money throws a jab when Trotter was well out of range.
Trotter looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.

Money tries to sprawl but Trotter drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Money has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Trotter is on him like a limpet, forcing Money back against the cage.
Money looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Trotter goes for a takedown in the clinch but Money prevents it.
Trotter displaying some good clinch control by pressing Money up against the cage.
Money avoiding damage as Trotter throws knees to the body.
Money is trying to break free.

Trotter has Money pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Trotter pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Money tumbling to the mat - Trotter dives into Money's guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Money is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Trotter sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Trotter looking to pass the guard.
Money really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Trotter. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Trotter stops Money from standing up.
Trotter is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Money can't keep his opponent in guard - Trotter advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Trotter is taking a breather. Money says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Money pushes Trotter off looking to stand but Trotter dives back in and keeps control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Craw Money seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Money looks to land a combination but Trotter avoids it well.
Money misses the jab.
Trotter tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Money manages to circle out of the way.
Money throws a series of punches but Trotter moves out of range.
Money throws a series of punches but Trotter avoids them all with ease.

Trotter shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Money tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Trotter manages to move to mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Trotter content just to control the position here.
Money wants to get back to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Trotter lands a big shot there that rocks Money but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Trotter controlling from mount.
Trotter looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Trotter with good strikes from the mount here!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Trotter controlling the position easily from mount.
Trotter is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Money can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Jimmy Trotter will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Money misses the shot to the body.
Money avoids the body shot from Trotter.
Money just misses with a punch to the body.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Money enables Trotter to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Money manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Trotter is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Trotter passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Money is letting Trotter control him for a moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Trotter stands up and beckons Money to his feet.
Money falls off balance throwing a combination

and Trotter counters with a single leg into guard. Money didn't expect that.

Trotter is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Trotter passes Money's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Trotter is working for a kimura but Money is defending it quite comfortably.
Trotter scoring with strikes to the body and head.

Trotter is controlling the pace.

Trotter is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Money has managed to free his arm - good work.
Trotter is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Money can do to turn this around?
Trotter tries to pass the half guard into mount. Money knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Trotter is controlling the pace.
Trotter takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Trotter working Money over with strikes.
Money is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Trotter scores with a couple of nice shots.

Trotter seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Money is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:53 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Jimmy Trotter!
