Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cael Shaughnessy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Lee Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shaughnessy's entrance music is I Against I - Massive Attack & Mos Def. A fine choice. Scott is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Go, Go Power Rangers. Jason Lee Scott told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Trevor Gratis and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shaughnessy throws a hook to the side of Scott's head but Scott sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Good standup being displayed there by Scott as he connects with a hook.
A telegraphed right hand from Scott misses the target.
Shaughnessy takes a swing at Scott's ribcage but misses.
Shaughnessy ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Shaughnessy misses with an uppercut
and Scott makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Shaughnessy looks to land a right hand but Scott moved out of range.
Scott misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
We've been informed that Scott has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Scott keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Shaughnessy throws a right and a left that Scott avoids nicely.
Shaughnessy walks forward, straight into a front kick from Scott.
Shaughnessy throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Scott thows a left - swing and a miss!
Shaughnessy misses with a two punch combination.
Shaughnessy misses with a body shot.
Shaughnessy loads up on a big right hand but Scott slips the punch.
Shaughnessy is looking to wear down Scott with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Scott scores with a sloppy right hand. Shaughnessy should have avoided that one.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Shaughnessy misses with a straight right.
Shaughnessy throws a body punch but Scott moves out of range.
Scott let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Shaughnessy is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Scott throws a good cross that connects.
Shaughnessy is rocked!
Scott swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Oh Shaughnessy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Scott looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Shaughnessy seems to have got his legs back now.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Scott! Shaughnessy is backing up but he can't get away as Scott lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Shaughnessy and ends the fight. Great knockout.
