The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown feints and then cracks Erlanderson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Erlanderson down.
Erlanderson avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Brown misses with a head kick.
Erlanderson shoots in but no luck this time.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Erlanderson.
Erlanderson has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Brown tries to hold on but Erlanderson pushes him away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Brown is squirming around, avoiding Erlanderson's attempts to control the action.

Erlanderson working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Brown turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Erlanderson off and cradles Brown's limp body as Erlanderson celebrates with his corner.
