Cohen shoots in but Fraczewski avoids the takedown attempt easily.

As Fraczewski tries to get set, Cohen tries to push him back and clinch up but Fraczewski manages to avoid the attempt.

Fraczewski connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Cohen! He's out on his feet! Fraczewski rushes in and drops Cohen with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
